Information For Patients

We are proud to participate in the employer based Cigna DPPO Network and are happy to help make the insurance process as smooth as possible for our patients. As a courtesy, we are able to submit most insurance claims on your behalf—whether we are in-network or out-of-network—so you don’t have to worry about the paperwork.

If your plan recommends you see an in-network provider, your insurance may still contribute toward your care within our office, though coverage levels can vary. Our team is always here to help answer questions and guide you. For specific plan details, your employer or insurance provider can offer additional support. Be sure to provide your current insurance information when you contact our office and provide any insurance changes at least a week prior to a scheduled appointment.

For patients with insurance, we require any deductibles and estimated out-of-pocket costs be taken care of at the time of service. We do our best to provide accurate estimates based on the latest information available, but please keep in mind these are estimates and not guarantees of coverage.

For treatment plans over $500, we’re happy to request a pre-treatment estimate from your insurance company. While this doesn’t guarantee payment, it can give you a clearer idea of your benefits and expected costs. Dental insurance is designed to help offset the cost of care, and we’re here to help you make the most of those benefits while supporting your oral health every step of the way.

We accept cash, check, debit, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Care Credit. We do not accept Illinois Public Aid or Medicaid.

For those patients without insurance, please plan to pay in full at the time services are rendered. You also have the option to apply for financing through Proceed Finance or Care Credit We will go over this with you before we start any treatment.
